WhatsApp Is Now an Option for Your International Staff
We have customers in Malaysia, Jordan, Nigeria, South Africa, the UAE, Greece and Australia, and nearly 40 countries in all.
So we added WhatsApp.
Starting this week, if your restaurant is outside the US and Canada, your staff can get their training on WhatsApp instead of a text message.
Three things reach them there. The invite when you send a quiz. The reminder if they have not taken it yet. And the nudge when they have taken it but have not passed.
Everything else works the same. They tap the link and take the quiz right in their browser. There is still nothing for them to install. They still have to opt in before we message them, and STOP still stops everything.
You do not have to set anything up. It is already there.
