What goes in a 30-question cocktail test
12 questions on cocktail specs (ratios, builds, garnishes), 6 on spirits in your house cocktails, 4 on glassware standards, 4 on allergen-on-garnish disclosures, 4 on bar-service standards (over-pour limits, comp procedures).
