What's the right passing threshold for a staff test?
80% by default. Configurable per-quiz, raise to 85-90% for senior roles, lower to 70% for new-hire phase one.
Is the test record admissible in liability disputes?
We're not lawyers, ask yours. ShiftTrained provides date-stamped records of which staff member passed which test on which menu version. Same evidence type as HR binders, just digital and timestamped.
Can I export staff test results?
